FIRST EDITION, first printing. Octavo (23 x 16cm), pp.xvi; 443; [1]. Publisher's green cloth ornately blocked in gilt, black and light green to spine and upper, top edge gilt, green endpapers. Eight colour and forty monochrome plates. Undated but circa 1912.

Neat ownership to flyleaf, some toning and spotting within and to edges. Binding toned to spine, gilt dulled, cloth a little worn to corners and frayed to spine ends. Very good.
