FIRST EDITION, first printing. Octavo (21 x 14cm), pp.256. Publisher's red cloth lettered in gilt to spine. Dust-jacket either printed price of £1.50 net to front flap.
Internally clean, a tiny amount of spotting and marking to edges and endpapers. Lightly bruised to foot of the spine. Dust-jacket shows well, price partly struck through in pen, a little rubbed and creased, some marks to outer panels with a faint ring mark to upper. Very good.
