FIRST EDITION. Octavo (23 x 17cm), pp.[8]; 286; xxxi; [1]; [6 of advertisements]. Publisher's dark blue cloth lettered in gilt to spine and upper, pale yellow coated endpapers, foldout lithographed frontispiece. Printed by McCorquodale & Co., undated but 1890.

Neat ownership to pastedown, occasional spotting within, edges toned and a little marked. Cloth rubbed to corners, some slight loss to spine ends, some marks to covers. Very good.
