Dust-jacket designed by Richard Chopping, with printed price of 156s. net to front flap. The rarer second state with "First published March 1964" to copyright page.

Slight lean to textblock, some toning and spotting to edges. Cloth lightly marked and slightly pushed to corners and spine ends. Marginally short dust-jacket shows very well, light bruised to edges, spine almost imperceptibly toned. An attractive copy, much better than often found. Very good.
