LIMITED FIRST EDITION, deluxe issue. Quarto (28 x 20cm), pp.[8]; 220. Publisher's red half morocco over red cloth boards, top edges red, titles in gilt to spine. Illustrated with upwards of 400 collotypes. An edition limited to 1,000 copies with 250 of those printed on large paper and bound in half leather as per this example.

Internally clean, some spotting to edges and endpapers. Worm holes to binding at the gutters, some marks to covers. Very good.
